1. Fursuit
Payment Terms

Payment Structure
- Initial Deposit: €130, to be paid at the time of order confirmation via PayPal.

Progress Payments: 3 bank transfers divided as follows:
- First installment: Start of the production phase.
- Second installment: During the production phase.
- Third installment: Before final shipment.

Payment Method
For the purchase of our custom fursuits, we accept PayPal as the only payment method.

Important Notes
- Payment Delays: In case of delayed payments, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend production until payment is received.
- Order Cancellation: Cancellation after the deposit payment will result in the loss of the deposit.
Return and Refund Conditions
- Updates During Production: During the creation process of your fursuit, you will be constantly updated on work progress. If you wish to modify any detail, you can promptly inform us to make the necessary corrections without compromising already confirmed work.
- Production Defects: In case of production defects, we offer a one-year warranty for any repairs. The only cost to you will be the shipping for sending the fursuit for repair.
- Cancellation During Production: If you decide to cancel the order during the production phase, the work will be stopped immediately. In this case, you will not be required to pay additional amounts for the creation of the fursuit. However, no refund will be made for amounts already paid.
Validity Period for Returns and Refunds
- Fursuit: Once the fursuit has been custom-made for you, it is not possible to request a refund. This is because each fursuit is personalized and created specifically for the customer, making it difficult to resell the item.
Shipping Costs
- Fursuit: Shipping costs related to repairs for production defects are the user's responsibility, except in the case of production defects covered by the warranty.
Procedures to Request Return/Refund

Non-Refundable Products
- Fursuit: Custom-made fursuits are non-refundable.
Damage During Shipping
- If your fursuit arrives damaged during shipping, please immediately send us photos highlighting the damages via email or our social platforms. In this case, you will be exempt from shipping costs for the repair, but you will need to cover any additional costs.
Customer Support
- For any return or refund requests related to fursuits, you can contact our customer service through the Contact Us page.
Processing Times
- We process repair requests within 6 business days from the receipt of the defective fursuit.
- We will contact you within 2 business days from the submission of your request.
2. WildShop (Accessories)
Returns
- Product Exchange:
- You can return accessories purchased in the WildShop section to exchange them for another product within 15 days of receipt.
- Shipping Costs:
- Exchange for Production Defects: If the accessory received is damaged during shipping, the shipping costs for the return and replacement will be covered by us. However, you will need to ship the original item.
- Standard Exchange: If you wish to exchange the accessory for another product of your choice, the shipping costs for returning the original item and for shipping the new product will be your responsibility, along with any price difference.
Conditions for Exchange
- The accessory must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags still attached.
- The customer must provide first and last name on the shipping label.
Refunds
- Refund Request:
- If you wish to request a refund for an accessory from the WildShop section, you can do so within 15 days of receiving the item.
- Conditions:
- The refund is possible only if the item does not meet your expectations or if you no longer desire it.
- The accessory must be returned in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returning the item are the user's responsibility, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
Refund Methods
- Once we have received and verified the returned item, we will proceed with a full refund using PayPal as the payment method.

Non-Refundable Products
- We do not accept returns for products specifically made for a customer, such as personalized or custom-made accessories.

- If you receive an accessory damaged during shipping, immediately send photos highlighting the damages via email or our social platforms. We will proceed with the product replacement without charging shipping costs, but you will need to cover any additional costs.
Warranty
- Accessories from the WildShop section are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Conditions:
- If the accessory has workmanship defects, it will be replaced with an identical item upon demonstration through photos.
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use or by the customer.

Exchanges and Replacements
- Accessory Exchange:
- You can request the replacement of an accessory within 15 days of receipt.
- Shipping Costs:
- If the exchange is due to manufacturing defects, shipping costs will be covered by us.
- Otherwise, shipping costs for return and replacement will be your responsibility, along with any price difference if applicable.

Use of Images Generated by the 3D Configurator
We are excited that you can create and share your 3D fursona with our configurator! The generated images include a watermark @wildpawsdesigns_official that must remain visible and intact.
Here's how you can share your creations:

- Digital Platforms: Post your creations on forums, blogs, or other platforms, ensuring the watermark is always clearly visible.
