What are the production and delivery times for a customized fursuit?

Production times primarily depend on the availability of the necessary materials, which are specifically ordered based on the client's requests (e.g., paws, tail, etc.). Once the deposit is received, we proceed with ordering synthetic materials in the chosen colors. Production generally takes about a month and a half, but it can vary based on the complexity of the design and any unforeseen circumstances. We strive to complete each commission as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

What materials do you use in the creation of your fursuits?

We use PLA+ for the frame of our fursuits, a highly durable material that ensures longevity and lightness. The heads of the fursuits feature upper holes for heat dissipation, an open nose, and a semi-open jaw for a cute appearance and ventilation. The outer covering is made with high-quality synthetic fur for a fluffy look, while the interior is padded with foam rubber covered by a soft fabric to ensure comfort. Additionally, we use padding for the paws, ensuring a soft and comfortable lining.

How does the 3D configurator work to customize my fursuit?

Our interactive 3D configurator allows you to view your customized fursuit in real-time from every angle. You can select various design options and apply different colors of synthetic fur directly from your reference. This intuitive tool enables you to create your unique fursona, ensuring that every aspect of your fursuit reflects your preferences. Once customization is complete, you can submit your configuration to initiate the production process.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept payments only through PayPal.

Do you offer post-sale support for your fursuits?

Yes, our fursuits come with a one-year warranty. Any damage resulting from workmanship errors will be repaired free of charge, excluding shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer. After the first year, we still offer assistance for any repairs, but these will be at the user's expense. However, we do not accept full returns. In case of cancellation during the production process, the deposit and any advance payments already made will not be refunded, except if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the order, ensuring a 20% refund of the deposit. After the first 24 hours, 50% of the deposit will be retained.

Can I customize specific details of the fursuit, such as magnetic ears or basic eyelids?

Absolutely. We offer various customization options for ears and eyelids, including color and shape variations. For example, you can choose between straight or droopy ears (like a Border Collie) and customize the color of the synthetic fur to perfectly match your design. After the warranty period, we continue to offer assistance for any paid repairs, always maintaining a high standard of quality.

The 3D configurator is not working properly in my browser. What can I do to fix the issue?

Please ensure you are using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge for optimal functionality of the configurator. Firefox is currently not supported and may cause display issues. Additionally, we recommend using a high-performance device to fully utilize all features of our 3D configurator.
